Information in the workspace
The workspace stores the profile, financial periods, cash plans, action notes and reviews you submit. Account access uses a session cookie. The public sample uses illustrative data, with changes limited to the sample session.
Consultation inquiries
When the form offers “Prepare email,” it opens a draft in your own email application. You must send that message there to complete the inquiry. If an inquiry inbox is enabled, submitting the form records the contact details and message in the application and returns a reference. The form tells you which action is available.
Connected financials
When configured, QuickBooks supplies financial reports you choose to import. The application does not initiate accounting entries or payments. Connection tokens are encrypted by the application. Disconnecting removes the saved connection; previously imported periods remain in your workspace until removed.
Your choices
You can export workspace information, remove financial periods and disconnect QuickBooks. For account or data requests, contact team@smbdistress.com.

This is an implementation summary for the preview product, not a complete legal privacy policy. The operating entity, retention commitments and final service terms must be confirmed before public enrollment. New workspace access remains by request.
